We perform the tasks of the independent and recognized pension insurance expert and SAV (Swiss Association of Actuaries) actuary.
Services provided by the pension insurance experts:
- Assessment and design of autonomous or semi-autonomous pension solutions
- Preparation of actuarial reports
- Review of pension security in relation to the obligations of pension schemes in accordance with Art. 53, par. 2 of the Swiss Federal Law on Occupational Retirement, (BVG)
- Preparation and assessment of restructuring measures in the event of undercoverage
- Examination and preparation of regulations in compliance with legal requirements
- Assistance in mergers and foundation liquidations
- Assistance in partial liquidation processes/coordination with supervisory authorities
- Advice and support for the Board of Trustees in technical matters
Actuarial services in the context of international accounting standards:
- Valuation and balance sheet preparation in accordance with IFRS (IAS 19) and US GAAP (FAS 87 and 158)
- Determination of the relevant parameters (economic and actuarial assumptions)
- Statistics and reporting
